Can my logo / graphic be ordered and designed completely over the web?

Yes. 90% of my logo design projects are web-based. Your requirements can be submitted by my SUBMISSION FORM here or by email. This information is passed on to our on-staff designers who will create your logo to your specifications (color, concept, content and usage). They will then post your design in -progress on the net. You will be issued a unique URL / website link so that you can visit this restricted access site and preview your logo / graphic, and at the same time e-mail revisions and suggestions, all without leaving your office. Once your logo is completed, you can download ALL the required file formats.


Can I tell you what I want the logo to look like?

Of course! We aim to please, and if you have something in mind then please let us know right away so we can try to duplicate what you're imagining. Even if you just have an idea or two but don't know how to put it together into something that looks good, tell us everything you can and we'll take it from there.


Where can I get ideas for my logo?

Please look through our online examples showcasing previously completed work.


How many revisions and edits to my preliminary designs are allowed?

Unlimited, till your satisfaction.


I wish to order a logo / graphic design but I am from another country. Is this a problem?

Not at all. In fact, some of our clients are international. We have designed logos & graphics for clients in Canada, USA, Germany, Japan, England, Russia, China and Australia.


What are GraphicsE.com prices?

Our aim and object is to provide you best possible lowest price without compromising from any aspect on Quality. However, every design is unique in nature and it also depends the amount of Work involved.
Prices are determined after careful review and consideration of work requested. Please feel free to get in touch with us for a quote.


How do I order and pay for my logo / graphic design?

We have streamlined the entire ordering and payment process. To order your design, simply fill out our online job submission FORM. You will then be be sent a email with insructions for making online payment using credit card through a secured system.

We also prefer payment through paypal.com, a widely accepted secure online transaction website. Using paypal we can accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and some other forms of payment (please see paypal.com for more information). If you choose to pay by cheque, we must receive the cheque and the payment must clear at our bank before work begins.


How does payment work?

We require a 50% deposit on all logo designs before work begins. Upon approved receipt of initial deposit (please see "What forms of payment do you accept?" for details) and once we have all the information you can give us about your design requirements, we will commence design work. Once all work has completed and you are satisfied with the results, the outstanding 50% payment plus any charges for extra agreed-upon design work will be required. Upon approved receipt of final payment we will send you your finished work in the format(s) agreed upon.


What if I've made my initial deposit but decide not to go through with the design?

The initial deposit is non-refundable unless you let us know immediately (within a few minutes if possible) by phone at 91-9830068765 so that we won't have started any work on your project. There is a 20% charge on all refunds, and this is the only situation in which we will provide a refund. It is within our discretion to refuse a refund if we have started work on a project. In this case, work can be anything that takes our time for your project including design work or creating a new folder structure for your project on one of our workstations or servers.


How is my new logo / graphic delivered?

You can download your logo in different formats (once finished) directly from the Net ACCESS / FTP which will be provided to you. We also send different formats to you by e-mail. CD and/or hard copy (film and print) versions can be sent to you by Express Mail if required (at extra cost as per actuals).


What formats is my logo / graphic supplied in?

Can a logo designed for the web (file extension .jpg, .gif, or .png) be used for print?

We can supply in formats like gif, jpg, .eps in different high as well as low resolutions as per your requirement and utility.

Logo designed for the web (file extension .jpg, .gif, or .png) cannot be used for print unless it is going to be printed at a very small size compared to the size it appears on your screen. To print properly, using normal professional print standards, the original file (72dpi) must be 25% as big on paper as it is on screen to print in near-print-quality (288dpi). Even then it isn't going to have the perfect detail you will get from a file type that is intended for print use, such as EPS ("E.P.S.", or Encapsulated Post Script). Also, a logo in EPS or similar format can be made as big as you want (including for a sign on a store) without losing quality.


Is this logo / graphic design ready to use?

Definetely. You will receive various formats that are ready to plug in to your own various applications, as well as deliver to service bureaus and/or printers for digital output and/or printing. It will be, as they say, ready to go.


What happens if I lose my files and/or artwork?

We keep back-ups or archive all our design work, so we can always retrieve your designs if you lose your material. Services charges will be @25% of the actual cost of the design you have paid.


Can my design be integrated into other projects (Web, Printing, etc)

Yes, all our designs are web and print ready.


I want my new design animated. Can you do this?

Yes. We are fully experienced in Flash, Quicktime movies and 3D rendering software.


How about business cards and letterheads?

We can do it better as we will have all arhives of your designs.


Who own the rights to these images and/or designs?

We will send copyright documents with your final files.

READY-MADE LOGO : FAQs


What is a Pre-Made / Ready-made Logo?


A pre-made or ready-made logo is a logo template that you can use to create your own logo by simply adding your company name to the image. You can do it within minutes using any graphics program such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator, or by requesting us to customize the logo for you.


What format does the Logo come in?

We provide them in Adobe Illustrator (.AI AND .EPS), .JPG, .GIF, or .TIF formats if required.

Any Additional file formats required can be specifically requested and we will try our best to deliver without any additional cost if no hassel is invloved. Rest Assured - We will be able to deliver 99% file formats with out any problems.


I don't know how to add my company name using a graphics program, can you help me customize my logo?

Sure, we will be happy to add your company / business name on your logo for you.


Will I get exclusive rights to use ready-made logo?

You will get ready-made logo @ US$ 16 with non-exlusive rights. However, you may get exclusive rights for custom logo at premium rates. Please contact us for Custom Logos with exclusive rights.


If you purchase a non-exclusive right to use, you may:

Add your company name and slogan to the logo; Modify the logo the way you want; Use the logo on any marketing materials or stationaries without any restrictions for unlimited time;

If you purchase a non-exclusive right to use, you may not:

Resell or redistribute the logo; Claim exclusive ownership to the logo, either modified or unmodified; Otherwise infringe ownership right of GraphicsE.com


What is the difference between a non-exclusive right to use and a full ownership right purchase?

A non-exclusive right to use means that other people can buy the logo you have chosen at some later time. A full ownership right means you become the only owner of the logo, and may use it any way you want - place it on your marketing materials, modify, sell and do anything else. When you purchase a full ownership right to your logo, we permanently remove the logo from the gallery and never sell it to anyone else.


Is the license a one-time fee payment?

Yes, the payment for your logo template is a one-time fee without any extra charges but font licence is excluded with ready-made logo.

Q. What can I do with the template that I buy from you?


You own the template. You can use it for your own website or resell it. We have no problems. If you are adventerous enough, you can buy them to start your own template website.


Q. Will you sell the same design to another company as well?

Absolutely not. The designs are exclusivbely sold and once it is sold to you, you own it. We will not resale the design to anybody else.


Q. What is the advantage of having exclusive rights?

In the business environment where competitiveness defines the existance of a business, you must have a unique model and set of attributes to survive and succeed. For your unique business it is important that you have an exclusive web-presence for it. Do you ever feel like having the same logo as the next door company? Absolutely not. Because it is your identity. Simmilarly your website is your identity. Designing and selling website is not same as selling shirts and trousers. It needs to be unique, it needs to be personalized, and it needs to be made useful and adaptable to your business. Otherwise it is a waste.


Q. Do I also have exclusive rights to the images used in the template?

NO. The images which are used in these templates are royalty free stock images which have been licenced by our design partners or our company on case to case basis. These images are being licenced by the stock-image company and might be purchased by several other web design and advertising agencies.


Q. How do I get the templates delivered?

The templates are personally delivered to you (via email/FTP) by our designer once you have placed the order and cleared the payment.


Q. How long does it take you to deliver the template? It takes between 12 hours to 48 hours to deliver a template.


Q. Why dont you let me download the template straight away from the server after i complete my purcchase?

We believe in personalized service. When you buy a template from us, our designer gets in touch with you and customize the chosen template as per your requirement for ONE HOUR. You get the modified and customized template as the end product. This also puts you in touch with our designer, so that whenever you need any help, you can get him immediately.


Q. What do i get at the end?

You get a PSD file, Any javascript that we have used, CSS file and the HTML version of the template.


Q. What is the advantage of using a service which delivers me "customized and personalized" templates?

It saves you money and time. When you choose and buy a template, the biggest advantage you get is that you get it instantly and you have somewhat LIKED the design. Therefore it already comes with a level of satisfaction. Our "customized and personalized" bit ensures that the Somewhat positive feeling for the design is settled to a complete satisfaction and gives you a unique presence.


Q. How do I pay you?

Q. Can you design me a customized template from scratch?

Of course. Please contact us at templates@graphicse.com with your specifics. We charge US$ 135 for a customized template design of your choice.


Q. I did not find a Flash template? Dont you do flash work?

We can do flash. However to provide the basic business design we prefer to deliver a static version of site. you can order a Flash header design or a flash intro seperately. It will be designed as per your requirement. We do not believe that a readymade flash intro or header will do any good to your business.


Q. Do you mean to say that a static site is better than a Flash site?

In most of the cases, YES. If you note, you will find several sites using Flash to flaunt their technical and creative ability. A user comes to a website to get information in a properly organized manner and to find it comfortably. Flash should be a mean to enhance the customer experience. But in most of the cases, we have found that the technology is used as an invasive medium and upsets the visitors who are looking for real work and task.


Q. Are your templates Macromedia Dreamweaver & Microsoft FrontPage compatible?

Our templates can be opened and modified in any HTML editing software. No problems. IF you face any problem, our support staff is available at your service.


Q. Do i need to pay anything else for anything in future? No. Our cost is all inclusive. Everything is included. However if you wish to continue to host with us after one year or wish to get extrame customization done beyond one hour, there will be extra charges.


Q. How much do you charge if the customization required needs more than one hour?

We charge you a flat rate of USD 16 per hour for every extra hour of work involved. We will clearly indicate if the work need extra time and get permission from you before proceeding.


Q. I want to resell for you, what do I do?

Q. Can I use your thumbnails and site snapshots to get clients? Of course with prior notice to us.
